  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized leather products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the defect
    • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund

Leather Planet reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before approving replacements or refunds.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

7. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
