4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
